Minimum requirements for employment at St. Paul CELC include a Child Development or related Associates Degree, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, or a related field.
Our employees adhere to the training, continuing education, and conduct requirements established by our accrediting organizations (NAEYC, COA, Keystone Stars). All new employees at St. Paul CELC are required to complete Criminal and Child Abuse Clearances and FBI fingerprinting. A health appraisal and tuberculin (TB) test is also required.
